- Water (물)2 tbsp
- Rice Syrup: Pure maple syrup or honey.
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
- 1Moisten squid with 2 tbsp of water and rest for 3 minutes to tenderize.
- 2Simmer soy sauce, garlic, and honey in a pan over low heat for 1 minute.
- 3Toss in squid over low heat for 2 minutes, then finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
